Natasja Crone Back
Natasja Crone Back (born 12 June 1970) is a Danish journalist and TV show presenter. She is well known from several big shows on Danish television. Early life and career Crone was raised in Holte north of Copenhagen and is of Danish and Belorussian-Jewish parentage. 8 In 1996 she finished journalist school. During her studies, she was involved in the debating programme '' Planet Danmark''. She did the practical part of her studies at the newspaper ''Berlingske Tidende''. After her studies Back became a journalist for Danmarks Radio (DR). She hosted a sports programme from 1998 to 2000. In 2000 she started working at DR's Light Entertainment Division. Today, she is attached to DR Event, a division catering to major events ranging from award shows to elections. Natasja Crone Back hosted the millennium New Year's Eve show, the Dansk Melodi Grand Prix (Danish Song Contest) in both 2000 and 2004, and the Eurovision Song Contest 2001. Katarina Sofie "Kattis" Ahlström (born 9 June 1966) is a Swedish journalist and television presenter. She is a sister of Gabriella Ahlström. The history of the Jews in Denmark goes back to the 1600s. At present, the Jewish community of Denmark constitutes a small minority of about 6,000 persons within Danish society. The community's population peaked prior to the Holocaust at which time the Danish resistance movement (with the assistance of many ordinary Danish citizens) took part in a collective effort to evacuate about 8,000 Jews and their families from Denmark by sea to nearby neutral Sweden, an act which ensured the safety of almost all the Danish Jews. Marko Matvere (born 4 February 1968) is an Estonian actor and singer. He was the lead actor of the Tallinn City Theatre, but left to become a freelance actor in 2004. Biography Matvere was born in Pärnu and graduated from the Tallinn Conservatory (now the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre) in 1990. Annely Peebo (born 16 November 1971) is an Estonian operatic mezzo-soprano. She was a co-host of the Eurovision Song Contest 2002 in Tallinn. Life and career Annely Peebo gained a diploma for choral conducting and completed vocal studies in opera. She studied at the University of Music and Dramatic Arts Vienna in Vienna, Austria, where she studied singing with Professor Gerhard Kahry and opera with Professor Curt Malm. In 1997, she became a permanent ensemble member of the Vienna Volksoper after her debut at the Vienna State Opera in ''Rigoletto'' the same year. Peebo is a regular at various festivals.
