Nadine Lockwood
Nadine Lockwood (September 1991 – August 31, 1996) was an American 4-year-old girl from New York City who was murdered in August 1996. Nadine was starved to death by her parents, Carla Lockwood and Leroy Dickerson, at Lockwood's apartment in Washington Heights, and both were convicted of second degree murder. Nadine's death was a significant contributing factor to the overhaul of the child protective services system in New York City. Murder Nadine Lockwood lived with her mother, Carla Lockwood, in an apartment in the Washington Heights neighborhood of Manhattan in New York City, along with her six siblings. Lockwood was a drug addict and was known by child protective services, but no serious action had been brought against her. A tabloid is a newspaper with a compact page size smaller than broadsheet. There is no standard size for this newspaper format. The byte is a unit of digital information that most commonly consists of eight bits. Historically, the byte was the number of bits used to encode a single character of text in a computer and for this reason it is the smallest addressable unit of memory in many computer architectures. Harmony Renee Montgomery (June 7, 2014 – disappeared ; declared legally dead March 12, 2024) was an American child who was murdered by her biological father Adam Montgomery in Manchester, New Hampshire, presumably after a Massachusetts judge awarded her father custody. Her biological mother, Crystal Sorey, reported her daughter missing after she lost custody of her in 2018. New Hampshire police launched an investigation into Montgomery's disappearance in December 2021. Joseph Wayne Wallace (July 29, 1989 – April 19, 1993) was a three-year-old boy who was murdered by his mother in their Chicago, Illinois apartment in 1993. Wallace's mother, Amanda Wallace (July 24, 1965 – August 3, 1997), was known to be mentally ill. Despite this, Joseph and his younger brother Joshua were removed from a foster family and returned to Amanda, who killed Joseph with an electrical cord.
