Marco Vivarelli (born 11 February 1963) is an Italian economist, full professor and director of thDepartment of Economic Policyat the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan. Piacenza
Piacenza (; egl, label= Piacentino, Piaṡëinsa ; ) is a city and in the Emilia-Romagna region of northern Italy, and the capital of the eponymous province. The European Commission (EC) is the executive of the European Union (EU). It operates as a cabinet government, with 27 members of the Commission (informally known as "Commissioners") headed by a President.
