Peketi Sivaram
Peketi Sivaram (Telugu: పేకేటి శివరాం) (8 October 1918 – 30 December 2006) was an Indian actor and director.http://www.cinegoer.com/archives/december2006/peketi.htm Life sketch He was born on 8 October 1918 in Pekeru village, East Godavari district in the erstwhile Madras Presidency of British India, present day Andhra Pradesh. He acted in many Telugu, Tamil and Kannada films, receiving recognition for the character Bhagavan in '' Devadasu'' (1953). Dr Anant Nagarkatte (born 4 September 1948) is an Indian actor whose predominant contribution has been in Kannada cinema. He has acted in over 300 films which include over 200 Kannada films as well as Hindi, Telugu, Marathi, Malayalam and English films. He has featured in theatre plays, parallel cinema and television shows. Nag made his feature film debut through ''Sankalpa'' (1973) directed by Prof. P.V Nanjaraj Urs. Sarada (born Saraswati Devi; 25 June 1945) is an Indian actress and politician. Known for her work predominantly in Malayalam films and Telugu films , Sarada is the recipient of three National Awards. She has also appeared in few Tamil, Hindi as well as Kannada language films. Aarathi (born 1954) is an Indian actress who mainly acted in Kannada cinema, Kannada films during the 1970s and 1980s. She has won the Filmfare Awards South, Filmfare awards South and the Karnataka State Film Award for Best Actress four times each. Bungle Shama Rao Dwarakanath (born 19 August 1942), better known as Dwarakish ( ), is an Indian actor, director and producer in the Kannada film industry. He was given the name Dwarakish by Kannada film maker C. V. Shivashankar. Early life Dwarakish was born on 19 August 1942. He grew up in Ittigegud, Mysore. ''Agal Vilakku'' () is a 1979 Indian Tamil-language film written and directed by R. Selvaraj. The film stars Shoba and Vijayakanth. It was released on 7 December 1979. Plot Navaneetham is an orphan living with her cruel aunt and hapless uncle. She sells idlis at the local hospital to support herself and her family. The doctor, Jayalakshmi, puts the wellbeing of her patients above all else. Jayalakshmi's fiancé proves himself to be a suspicious coward and she calls off the wedding to focus on her patients. Dhanushkodi is admitted to the hospital after he is beaten up for standing up for workers' rights. He and Navaneetham quickly fall in love and marry though her aunt and his entire family disapprove.
