Muhsin Parari
Muhsin Parari is an Indian film director, writer and lyricist, who works in Malayalam films. Career He started his career by directing the music album ''Native Bapa'' (2012), in which actor Mamukkoya played the lead. He worked as assistant director in feature films '' 5 Sundarikal'' (2013) and ''Last Supper'' (2014). His first movie as a director was ''KL 10 Patthu'' (2015). In 2016, He returned with ''Funeral of a Native Son'', a sequel to ''Native Bappa''. Muhsin co-wrote the movie '' Sudani from Nigeria'' with director Zakariya Mohammed in 2018. The movie received five Kerala State Film Awards including the one for Best Screenplay. His next release was ''Virus'', directed by Aashiq Abu. The movie was set against the backdrop of the 2018 Nipah virus outbreak in Kerala. Muhsin co-wrote the screenplay with the duo Suhas-Sharfu. Suhas and Sharfu are an Indian screenwriter duo working in Malayalam cinema. They wrote a total of five films, beginning with ''Varathan'' in 2018. Career They were both engineers before their film careers and met through the short film network and social media. Suhas is from Thripunithura and Sharfu from Kozhikode. Suhas and Sharfu were assistant director and associate director respectively for the 2018 film '' Sudani From Nigeria''. Through Sameer Thahir, one of the producers of the movie, they met Amal Neerad. The 10th South Indian International Movie Awards is an awards event that took place at Bengaluru, India on 10–11 September 2022. The ceremony (10th SIIMA) recognized and honored the best films and performances from the Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada films and music released in 2021, along with special honors for lifetime contributions and few special awards. Sithara Krishnakumar (born 1 July 1986) is an Indian playback singer, composerlyricist classical dancer and an occasional actor. Pulath Pulikkottil Hyder (born in 1879 at Wandoor) was a popular poet who composed short songs in Arabi-Malayalam on topics of common interest, often attacking social evils. His simple lyrics on ordinary life of the Mappilas defied the traditional patterns of Mappilappattu thus giving him the name "The Kunchan Nambiar of Mappilappattu". In ''Vellappokka Maala'', he describes a heavy flood that affected all throughout the Malabar, Mysore and Travancore. The sufferings of common men in the flood are depicted beautifully using only ordinary Malayalam vocabulary. Mappila songs (or ''Mappila Paattu'') are a folklore Muslim song genre rendered to lyrics, within a melodic framework ( Ishal), in Arabi Malayalam by the Mappilas of the Malabar region in Kerala, India.
