Menderes Mehmet Tevfik Türel (born 11 July 1964, Antalya, Turkey) is a Turkish politician of the Justice and Development Party (AKP). The Motherland Party ( tr, Anavatan Partisi, abbreviated as ANAVATAN, formerly ANAP) is a political party in Turkey. It was founded in 1983 by Turgut Özal.
