Mojibur Rahman Jony
Mojibur Rahman Jony ( bn, মজিবুর রহমান জনি; born 1 January 2005) is a Bangladeshi professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Bangladesh Premier League club Bashundhara Kings and the Bangladesh national team. Early life Mojibur Rahman Jony was born on 1 January 2005, in Dinajpur. He began playing football in 2009, with the help of his uncle while his day-labour father, who worked at a rice mill, and elder brother also helped him pursue the sport. His performances during the National Sports Council Cup got him selected for advanced training in Gopalganj, Khulna, and Barishal before getting admitted to Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Protishtan (BKSP) in 2017. He represented Bangladesh in youth football at the 2017 SAFF U-15 Championship and 2018 AFC U-16 Championship qualifiers. The 2022 SAFF U-20 Championship was the 4th edition of the SAFF U-20 Championship, an international football competition for men's under-18 national teams organized by South Asian Football Federation (SAFF). India was the hosts of the tournament, held between 25 July and 5 August 2022. India clinched the title defeating Bangladesh by 5–2 in the final on 5 August 2022. NoFel Sporting Club ( bn, নোফেল স্পোর্টিং ক্লাব) is a football team of Bangladesh, based on Noakhali. The current name NoFeL is an acronym for Noakhali Feni & Lakhsmipur. The 2021–22 Bangladesh Championship League was the 10th season of the Bangladesh Championship League since its establishment in 2012. A total of 12 football clubs are competing in the league. Dhaka Second Division Football League
Dhaka Second Division Football League is the fourth-tier football league in Bangladesh, and the second highest league division in Dhaka. The league was founded in 1948 as the second-tier of the Dhaka League, while Bangladesh were still under the control of Pakistan. Until 1992, it was the second-tier of Bangladeshi football, before being replaced by the now defunct Dhaka First Division Football League, in 1993. In 2012, the league was further demoted into becoming the country's fourth-tier. The 2018 AFC U-16 Championship qualification was an international men's under-16 football competition which decides the participating teams of the 2018 AFC U-16 Championship. A total of 16 teams qualified to play in the final tournament, including Malaysia who qualified automatically as hosts.
