Mindaugas Sadauskas
Mindaugas Sadauskas (born 14 June 1990) is a Lithuanian swimmer who specialized in sprint freestyle events. He is a multiple-time Lithuanian champion, who represented his country at the FINA World Championships, LEN European Championships and other international competition. Sadauskas also represented Lithuania at the London Olympic Games in 2012. He has seven national level records at the moment. Sadauskas is also a member of the swimming team for SMU Mustangs at the Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Sadauskas achieved multiple gold medals at the Conference USA while studying at the SMU. Personal life Sadauskas was born in Panevezys, Lithuania, the son of Laima and Vygantas. He attended Panevezio Zemynos secondary school and represented his swim school all over the world. He graduated from high school in 2009. 2009 World Aquatics Championships
The 2009 World Aquatics Championships ( it, Campionati mondiali di nuoto 2009) or the XIII FINA World Championships were held in Rome, Italy from 18 July to 2 August 2009. The 2009 Championships featured competition in all 5 aquatics disciplines: diving, swimming, open water swimming, synchronised swimming and water polo. Rome won the right to stage the event on 16 July 2005 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Rome defeated rival bids from Athens (Greece), Moscow (Russia) and Yokohama (Japan). 2011 World Aquatics Championships
The 14th FINA World Championships () were held on 16–31 July 2011 in Shanghai, China at the Shanghai Oriental Sports Center. The 2011 World Championships featured five aquatics disciplines: swimming, water polo, diving, open water, and synchronized swimming. Paulius Viktoravičius (born 4 November 1984) is a Lithuanian swimmer, who specialized in sprint and relay freestyle events. He is a multiple-time Lithuanian swimming champion and record holder in both the freestyle and medley relay events. Viktoravicius made his first Lithuanian team at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, competing in the men's 4 × 100 m freestyle relay, along with his teammates Saulius Binevičius, Vytautas Janušaitis, and Rolandas Gimbutis. Swimming the third leg, Viktoravicius recorded a split of 50.20 seconds, and the Lithuanian team went on to finish heat two in sixth place and eleventh overall, for a total time of 3:19.28.
