Min Woo Lee
Min Woo Lee (born 27 July 1998) is an Australian professional golfer who plays on the European Tour. He turned professional at the start of 2019 after a successful amateur career. He won the 2020 ISPS Handa Vic Open and the 2021 Abrdn Scottish Open. Professional career Lee turned professional at the start of 2019. He played a number of events on the European Tour and had early success, finishing 4th in the Saudi International and tied for 5th in the ISPS Handa World Super 6 Perth, both events played in February. These were, however, his only top-10 finishes of the season and he finished 117th in the Order of Merit. In October he was tied for 6th in the Genesis Championship on the Korean Tour. At the end of the year he was solo 3rd in the AVJennings NSW Open and then tied for 3rd in the Australian PGA Championship, an early season event on the 2020 European Tour. Nomura Cup
The Nomura Cup, also known as the Asia-Pacific Amateur Golf Team Championship, is a biennial amateur team golf championship for men organised by the Asia-Pacific Golf Confederation. The inaugural event was held in 1963 and it has been played in odd-numbered years since. Format Teams used to consist of four players but from 2022 the playing members have been reduced to three. The tournament is held over 4 days with 18 holes of stroke play on each day, the best two rounds counting for the team score. WGC-HSBC Champions
The WGC-HSBC Champions was a professional golf tournament, held annually in China. Inaugurated in 2005, the first seven editions were played at the Sheshan Golf Club in Shanghai, then moved to the Mission Hills Golf Club in Shenzhen for a single year in 2012. It returned to Sheshan Golf Club in 2013. Since 2009, it was a World Golf Championship event. The WGC Invitational was a professional golf tournament that was held in the United States. Established in 1999 as a successor to the World Series of Golf, it was one of three or four annual World Golf Championships (WGC) until 2021, when the number of WGC events was reduced to two. Under sponsorship agreements, the WGC Invitational was titled as the WGC-NEC Invitational (1999–2005) and the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational (2006–2018). During this time, it was hosted at Firestone Country Club in Ohio, except for 2002 when it was hosted at Sahalee Country Club in Washington. The WGC Match Play, currently titled as the WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play for sponsorship reasons, is a professional men's golf tournament that has been held since 1999. It is the only one of the World Golf Championships to have been contested using the match play format. Since 2016, it has been held at the Austin Country Club in Austin, Texas, United States. Previous names include WGC-Dell Match Play (2015), WGC-Cadillac Match Play (2014), WGC-Accenture Match Play Championship (2001–2013), and WGC-Andersen Consulting Match Play Championship (1999–2000). The Players Championship
The Players Championship (commonly known as simply The Players, stylized by the PGA Tour as The PLAYERS Championship) is an annual golf tournament on the PGA Tour. Originally known as the Tournament Players Championship, it began in 1974. The Players Championship at one point offered the highest purse of any tournament in golf ($20 million). The Masters Tournament (usually referred to as simply The Masters, or the U.S. Masters outside North America) is one of the four major championships in professional golf.
