Million Star
The first season of ''Million Star'' (Chinese: 星光大道) is a Taiwanese reality talent show that is aired on Chinese Television System (CTS). The first episode was filmed on 2 July, and aired on 15 August 2015. This is Taiwan's first reality series to be aired across the globe (Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia and Singapore). Viewers can use the Million Star mobile app to interact with the contestants and submit their predictions. The show premiered on 15 August 2015 on Taiwan's CTS, STAR Chinese Channel, Star Entertainment Channel, Fox Taiwan, Coture, Yahoo! Taiwan, Malaysia's Astro Xi Yue HD and Singapore's StarHub E City. E City
Hub E City is a cable television StarHub TV channel 825 which belongs to StarHub. Its programming consists solely of drama series and hot entertainment programmes from Taiwan, Japan and Korea, dubbed into Mandarin for dramas (variety shows remain Korean) and also airs highly rated Taiwanese variety shows presented by popular hosts. There are commercial breaks during programmes on every 30 minutes. Starhub CableTV's channel 826 is E City +2 channel, showing programmes they air 2 hours before at a 2-hour later timeslot, which is still under the Chinese Entertainment Basic Group together with its Start Over and Catch Up TV buttons. Yilan County, Taiwan
Yilan County, alternately spelled I-lan, is a county in northeastern Taiwan, Republic of China. Name The name ''Yilan'' derives from the indigenous Kavalan people. Other former names in reference to this area in the Yilan Plain include ''Kabalan'', ''Kavalan'', ''Kavaland'', ''kap-a-lan'', ''Yiland'' and ''Gilan''. Tamsui District
Tamsui District (Hokkien POJ: ''Tām-chúi''; Hokkien Tâi-lô: ''Tām-tsuí''; Mandarin Pinyin: ''Dànshuǐ'') is a seaside district in New Taipei, Taiwan. New Taipei City is a special municipality located in northern Taiwan. Jam Hsiao
Jam Hsiao Ching-Teng (, born 30 March 1987) is a Taiwanese singer and actor. At the age of 17, while still in high school, he began working as a restaurant singer. In May 2007, Hsiao took part in the first season of China Television (CTV)'s star search show, '' One Million Star''. He signed a contract with Warner Music Taiwan in 2008 and released his debut album, '' Jam Hsiao'', in the same year. Alan Tam
Alan Tam Wing-lun MH (; born 23 August 1950) is a Hong Kong singer and actor. He played a major role in developing the Cantopop scene in the 1980s as he was known for singing romantic ballads with modern arrangements.
