Michelle Long
Michelle Long (born April 7, 1992) is a Canadian retired figure skater. She represented Canada at the 2018 Four Continents Championships in Taipei, finishing 15th overall. Long began learning to skate in 1997 and started competing around 2008. She trained at the Newmarket Skating Club before moving, at the age of 18, to the Richmond Training Centre in Richmond Hill, Ontario. She achieved her best national result, fifth, at the 2016 Canadian Championships, giving her a spot on the national team. Long graduated from Newmarket High School and later studied biology at York University. 2018 Four Continents Figure Skating Championships
The 2018 Four Continents Figure Skating Championships were held in Taipei City, Taiwan on January 22–28, 2018. Medals were awarded in men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dance. Qualification This competition is open to skaters from all non-European member nations of the International Skating Union. Skaters must have reached the age of 15 before July 1, 2017 to participate. The corresponding competition for European skaters is the 2018 European Figure Skating Championships. Each National Federation from the four represented regions are permitted to send up to three skaters/couples for each discipline. A Star Is Born (2018 Soundtrack)
''A Star Is Born'' is the soundtrack album to the 2018 musical film of the same name, performed by its stars Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper. It was released on October 5, 2018, by Interscope Records. ISU Challenger Series
The ISU Challenger Series is a series of international figure skating competitions. Established by the International Skating Union in the 2014–15 season, it is a group of senior-level events ranked below the ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating. Each event consists of at least three disciplines out of four ( men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dancing), and is required to take place between August 1 and December 15. Astor Pantaleón Piazzolla (, ; March 11, 1921 – July 4, 1992) was an Argentine tango composer, bandoneon player, and arranger.
