Michael Masih (born 7 June 1985) is a Pakistani footballer, who plays for Pakistan Army FC. He is also a member of Pakistan national football team. Masih is a midfielder who earned his first international cap against Nepal in a friendly in 2008. His scored his first goal against Chinese Taipei in the 2008 AFC Challenge Cup. Bhimber
Bhimber ( ur, ) is the capital of Bhimber District, in the Azad Kashmir. The town is on the border between Jammu region and Punjab in Pakistan proper about by road southeast of Mirpur. History Bhimber was the capital of the Chibhal dynasty, which lasted from 1400 to 1856. Bhimber lies on the route that was followed by the Mughal Emperors for their frequent visits to the Kashmir Valley. It is also known as "Baab-e-Kashmir" (Door to Kashmir) because of its importance and geographical location, which was ideal for the Mughal Emperors to use to enter Kashmir. The Pakistan Army Football Club is a Pakistani professional football club based in Rawalpindi, Punjab. The club was established in 1950 by Pakistan Army and is third oldest existing club in Pakistan after K-Electric (1913) and Pakistan Navy (1948). The club plays in Pakistan Premier League under the licence from Pakistan Football Federation (PFF). Pakistan Army has won the top-flight football league in Pakistan 4 times, National Football Challenge Cup 2 times and Quaid-e-Azam Trophy 5 times. 2008 AFC Challenge Cup
The 2008 AFC Challenge Cup football tournament was organised by AFC and was hosted by India.The tournament was played from 30 July – 13 August 2008. India won the final against Tajikistan. India was also the winner of the fair play award and the India captain Bhaichung Bhutia won the most valuable player award. Chinese Taipei was originally designated the host, but could not guarantee it would meet the AFC's standards for hosting the tournament. Thailand was first chosen as host but withdrew due to lack of time to prepare. The Philippines also was to take over as host with matches to be played in Bacolod in May 2008 but the plan failed to materialized.
