Michael Dreyer
Michael Dreyer (born 1953) is a German artist, author, and director, who analyzes the basis of art. He creates, analyses and proves the connection between the presentation, history, attraction and forms of Art. Since 1982, Dreyer had worked as a professor at Merz Akademie in Stuttgart, Germany, where he had been teaching visual communication. Career In his art pieces, Dreyer works with sculptures, environments, movies, theater pieces, musical issues, graphics and texts, with which he dissects the modules of their connection to each other. In 2006, Dreyer founded the exhibition space W.O. Scheibe Museum in Stuttgart, where he organised the "Palindrom". Coburg
Coburg () is a town located on the Itz river in the Upper Franconia region of Bavaria, Germany. Long part of one of the Thuringian states of the Wettin line, it joined Bavaria by popular vote only in 1920. Until the revolution of 1918, it was one of the capitals of the Duchy of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha and the Duchy of Saxe-Coburg-Saalfeld. Through successful dynastic policies, the ruling princely family married into several of the royal families of Europe, most notably in the person of Prince Albert, who married Queen Victoria in 1840. Merz Akademie
Merz Akademie is a non-profit university of art, design, and media, located in the Berg Kulturpark of Stuttgart, Germany and was established in 1985. Its roots lie in the "Free Academy for Recognition and Design" founded in 1918 by reformist pedagogue Albrecht Leo Merz. Under the direction of Markus Merz, University Rector from 1983 to 2016, the facility received state recognition in 1985. Martin Fritz took over as Rector from 2016 to October 2020, with Maren Schmohl leading the school until in 2023, Barbara M. Eggert took over the position of Rector. Diedrich Diederichsen (born August 15, 1957) is a German author, music journalist and cultural critic. He is an intellectual writer at the crossroads of the arts, politics, and popular culture, pop culture. Diedrich Diederichsen was born and grew up in Hamburg where he worked as a music journalist and editor of the German ''Sounds'' magazine in the heyday of Punk subculture, punk and New wave music, new wave from 1979 to 1983. Until the 1990s he was then the editor-in-chief of the influential subculture magazine ''Spex (magazine), Spex'' in Cologne.
