Michael Jason Crain (born February 22, 1974) is an American guitarist, singer, producer and songwriter best known as the guitarist of the bands Kill the Capulets, Retox (band), Retox and Dead Cross. He has collaborated with Justin Pearson, Ryan Bergmann, Kevin Avery, Dave Lombardo, Mike Patton among many others. The American Broadcasting Company coined the term Afterschool Special in 1972 with a series of television films, usually dealing with controversial or socially relevant issues, that were generally broadcast in the late afternoon and meant to be viewed by school-age children, particularly teenagers.
