Michael Ciccarelli
Michael Ciccarelli (born September 4, 1996) is a Canadian snowboarder. He hails from Ancaster, Ontario and is a member of the Canadian National Slopestyle/Big Air Team. Coming from a family of skiers, Mikey has been snowboarding since the age of six, when his parents finally relented to his begging and bought him a board. Mikey grew up on the slopes of the Georgian Peaks Ski Club in Thornbury Ontario. Mikey's career was catapulted in 2012 when he won the gold medal for slopestyle at the Winter Youth Olympics in Innsbruck, Austria. His pro resume highlights consist of a win at the 2015 Stoneham World Cup, a 2nd-place finish at the 2017 Burton US Open, a 2nd-place finish at the 2016 Fenway Park U.S. Grand Prix/World Cup Big Air, a 3rd-place finish at the 2015 Cardona World Cup, and a 4th-place finish at the 2017 Air & Style in Innsbruck. Snowboarding is a recreational and competitive activity that involves descending a snow-covered surface while standing on a snowboard that is almost always attached to a rider's feet. Stoneham Mountain Resort
Stoneham Mountain Resort is a ski resort, located north of Quebec City, Quebec, Canada, in the municipality of Stoneham-et-Tewkesbury. It has a peak elevation of above sea level and a vertical drop of . There are 41 trails covering over four mountains. Nineteen trails are available for night skiing, consisting in the largest network of night skiing in Canada. The resort is owned by Resorts of the Canadian Rockies. In 2017, the Poma double ski lift and Doppelmayr T-Bar were removed. A new ski lift was built to replace them, a Doppelmayr 4-CLF fixed-grip lift with loading conveyor. Mark McMorris
Mark Lee McMorris (born December 9, 1993) is a Canadian professional snowboarder who specializes in slopestyle and big air events. A three-time Olympic bronze medallist, he placed third in each of the 2014 Winter Olympics, 2018 Winter Olympics, and 2022 Winter Olympics in the slopestyle event. While filming for Transworld Snowboarding's "Park Sessions" video in March 2011, Mark became the first person to land a Backside Triple Cork 1440. More recently, on April 28, 2018, Mark landed the world first Double Cork off of a rail, the Front-Board Double Cork 1170 with melancholy grab. Sven Thorgren
Sven Thorgren (born 4 October 1994) is a Swedish snowboarder who competes in slopestyle. He started snowboarding when he was seven years old. He practiced every day after school on a small mountain called Väsjöbacken. Thorgren qualified for the 2014 Winter Olympics. On 6 February 2014 in the qualification event, Thorgren finished third in his heat and qualified directly to the finals. In the finals, he finished fourth. His most recent medal was at Air&Style, China, where he got the gold medal.
