MediaForEurope, officially MFE - MediaForEurope N.V., formerly Mediaset Group (), is a Dutch-domiciled Italian-based media and communications company which is majority-owned by Berlusconi family's Fininvest Group. MFE specialises primarily in free-to-air and pay-TV production and distribution on multiple platforms, as well as in film and multimedia production and distribution, and advertising sales. It has operations in Italy (through Mediaset S.p.A.), Spain (through Mediaset España) and Germany (through ProSiebenSat.1 Media). Its registered office is in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, while its management, operational, administrative and tax headquarters are located in Cologno Monzese, in the metropolitan city of Milan. Since 1994 the president of MFE is Fedele Confalonieri. The company operates 68 television channels and 31 radio stations in Germany, France and other European countries. Cologno Monzese ( lmo, label=Milanese, Cològn ) is a ''comune'' (municipality) in the Metropolitan City of Milan in the Italian region of Lombardy, located about northeast of Milan.
