Model Engineering College
Model Engineering College or MEC is a government controlled self financing engineering college established by the IHRD, located in Thrikkakara in the South Indian state of Kerala. The college was established in 1989 and it is affiliated with the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University. History The college was established in 1989 by the IHRD at the premises of Edapally High School. Professor Sukulal was the first principal of the institution. The college shifted to the current campus at Thrikkakara in 1994. The college is also the first institution in Kerala to be affiliated to the Cochin University of Science and Technology. At present, the college is associated to APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University. Meck Island ( mh, Meik, ) is part of the Kwajalein Atoll in the Ralik Chain in the Republic of the Marshall Islands, southwest of Honolulu, Hawaii. Meck is part of the Ronald Reagan Ballistic Missile Defense Test Site, and a launch site for anti-ballistic missiles and launch vehicles is based there. ''Berlin Alexanderplatz'' (), originally broadcast in 1980, is a 14-part West German crime television miniseries, set in 1920s Berlin and adapted and directed by Rainer Werner Fassbinder from Alfred Döblin's 1929 novel of the same name. It stars Günter Lamprecht, Hanna Schygulla, Barbara Sukowa, Elisabeth Trissenaar and Gottfried John. The complete series is 15 hours (NTSC and home media releases expand the runtime by half an hour). In 1983, it was released theatrically in the United States by TeleCulture, where a theatre would show two or three parts per night.
