The Bonifacio Capital District (BCD) is a financial district in Metro Manila, Philippines under the joint management of Megaworld Corporation and the Bases Conversion and Development Authority. It covers the southern area of Fort Bonifacio with the Bonifacio Global City district situated north of the BCD. Makati also claims jurisdiction of the area as part of its Post Proper Southside, Makati, Post Proper Southside barangay. Fort Andres Bonifacio (formerly named Fort William McKinley) is the site of the national headquarters of the Philippine Army (Headquarters Philippine Army or HPA) located in Metro Manila, Philippines. It is located near the national headquarters of the Philippine Air Force (PAF). The camp is named after Andres Bonifacio, the revolutionary leader of the Katipunan during the Philippine Revolution. McKinley Hill Stadium is a 2,000-seater football stadium at McKinley Hill in Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines. Makati–Taguig–Pateros Boundary Dispute
The Fort Bonifacio boundary dispute is a territorial disagreement between local governments in the Filipino cities of Makati and Taguig, and the municipality of Pateros. The dispute also includes the financial district of Bonifacio Global City (BGC). Taguig has administration over Bonifacio Global City and some territory to its south as part of Fort Bonifacio. Post Proper Southside, also known as Post Proper South or Barangay 31, is one of the barangays of Makati, a city in Metro Manila, Philippines. It consists the southern tip of Bonifacio Global City and its claimed territory is largely covered by the Manila American Cemetery. The area is largely under the de facto administration of neighboring city of Taguig, which claims the Fort Bonifacio area as its own territory.
