Maurits Schmitz
Maurits Schmitz (born 31 March 1993) is a Dutch former professional football player who plays as a goalkeeper. Career AFC Ajax Maurits Schmitz joined the youth ranks of AFC Ajax in 2002 where he progressed through the various ranks, signing his first professional contract in the summer of 2012. On 8 August 2013 his contract with Ajax was extended for another year, binding him to the club until the summer of 2014. He joined the reserves squad at first, having played for the A1 youth selection the previous season. He made his professional debut in the Dutch Eerste Divisie on 14 October 2013 against Fortuna Sittard, playing the full 90'-minutes in the 3–0 away loss. In the summer of 2014, Schmitz became the first choice keeper for Ajax Zaterdag (Ajax 3), the newly promoted amateur team of Ajax, competing in the Topklasse, the third tier of professional football in the Netherlands. The Eredivisie (; ''"Honour Division"'' or ''"Premier Division"'') is the highest level of professional football in the Netherlands. The league was founded in 1956, two years after the start of professional football in the Netherlands. It is considered one of the best European leagues. The 2014–15 Eredivisie season was the 59th season of the Eredivisie since its establishment in 1955. On 18 April 2015, PSV were confirmed as champions of the season, thus ending the four-year reign of Ajax. 2014–15 Topklasse
The 2014–15 Topklasse season was the fifth season of the third tier Dutch football league. A total of 32 teams participated: 24 from the 2012–13 Topklasse, and the remaining eight from the 2013–14 Hoofdklasse. As usual, the competition is divided into two leagues: "Saturday" and "Sunday", who differ by the day their games are usually played. 2013–14 Eerste Divisie
The 2013–14 Eerste Divisie, known as Jupiler League for sponsorship reasons, was the fifty-eight season of Eerste Divisie since its establishment in 1955. It began on 2 August 2013 with the first matches of the season and ended on 26 May 2014 with the return of the finals of the promotion/relegation play-offs, also involving the 16th- and 17th-placed teams from the 2013–14 Eredivisie. Teams A total of 20 teams took part in the league. France National Under-17 Football Team
The France national under-17 football team is the national under-17 football team of France who will be playing in the UEFA European Championship this year or next year and is controlled by the French Football Federation. The team competes in the annual UEFA European Under-17 Championship and the FIFA U-17 World Cup, which is held every two years. Tweede Divisie
Tweede Divisie ( en, Second Division) is the highest amateur (and historically the lowest professional) football league in the Netherlands. It was established in 1956, together with the Eredivisie and the Eerste Divisie. Between 1956 and 1960 and between 1962 and 1966, the league consisted of two divisions, Tweede Divisie A and Tweede Divisie B. The league was disbanded in 1971. Six clubs were promoted to the Eerste Divisie ( De Volewijckers, FC Eindhoven, FC VVV, Fortuna Vlaardingen, PEC and Roda JC), while the other eleven teams became amateur clubs.
