Matthew Sim
Matthew Sim (born 18 April 1988) is an Australian professional footballer who plays as a left or right sided / central midfielder for National Premier Leagues club Manly United. Matt also has an English passport through his family's heritage. Playing career Sim made his debut for Central Coast on 21 February against Wellington Phoenix. He played the whole game as the Mariners lost 4–1. On 14 October 2014, Sim came off the bench in the 71st minute in Central Coast Mariners' FFA Cup clash with Palm Beach Sharks with the score at 1–0 to his side. He went on to score 4 goals in the 19 minutes that he played. Sim finished the 2014 FFA Cup with 5 goals in 3 games. Sim has also been a part of two Asian Champions League campaigns for the Mariners in 2014 and 2015. 2013 National Premier Leagues
The 2013 National Premier Leagues was the inaugural season of the Australian National Premier Leagues football competition. It began on 22 February 2013 and concluded on 13 October 2013. The National Premier Leagues was contested by clubs from five divisions. The divisions were ACT, NSW, Queensland, South Australia and Tasmania. The winners of each respective divisional league then competed in a finals playoff tournament at season end, culminating in a grand final. 2020 National Premier Leagues
The 2020 National Premier Leagues was the eighth season of the Australian National Premier Leagues football competition. The league competition was played by eight separate state and territory member federations, namely the ACT, NSW, Northern NSW, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria and Western Australia. Effects of the 2019–20 coronavirus pandemic The season commenced in February, with the first games played in the Queensland competition. Sydney United 58 Football Club is a semi-professional soccer club and current NSW NPL Champions based in Edensor Park, Sydney, New South Wales Australia. Telkom Knockout
The Telkom Knockout was a South African professional football knockout competition which comprised the 16 teams in the South African Premier Soccer League. The competition was established in 1982 and was first known as the Datsun Challenge. Under the new NSL regime in 1984, it became known as the ''JPS Knockout Cup''. It used this name until 1992 when it became known as the ''Coca-Cola Cup''. It was sponsored by the drinks manufacturer until 1996, when it was replaced by the ''Rothmans Cup'' which was changed back to the ''Coca-Cola Cup'' in 2001 due to the new rules regarding tobacco sponsorship in sport. The 2011 Waratah Cup was the 9th season of Football NSW's knockout cup competition under the Waratah Cup name. 33 different Associations registered teams into the tournament, including Canberra City FC from the ACT, Wagga Wagga from the Riverina, and three clubs from the Illawarra Region. Entry levels are staggered, with State League Two clubs entering in Round 1, Super League and State League One clubs entering in Round 2, while all NSW Premier League clubs joined in Round 3. The Waratah Cup is a knockout cup competition in New South Wales, run by the governing body of football in NSW, Football NSW. Teams competing in the Waratah Cup come from the National Premier Leagues NSW, National Premier Leagues NSW 2, National Premier Leagues NSW 3, National Premier Leagues NSW 4 and numerous other semi professional & amateur association clubs within New South Wales.
