Matt Wayne (magician)
Matthew Wayne Tomasko (born March 17, 1986), better known as Matt Wayne, is an American illusionist, producer and television personality. He is best known for his work and skill as a performer of close-up magic. Wayne was born in York, Pennsylvania and is of Slovak descent on his father's side and Russian Jewish on his mother's side. His mother, Robbie Ann, was a Calvin Klein and Gucci model living in Baltimore, Maryland and his father John R. Tomasko is a photographer. When he was five years old, he received a magic set from his grandfather. In 2005, Wayne moved to Fukuoka, Japan and lived solely by performing magic tricks. In 2006, Wayne moved back to the United States and moved to Manhattan, New York. Illusionist
Magic, which encompasses the subgenres of illusion, stage magic, and close up magic, among others, is a performing art in which audiences are entertained by tricks, effects, or illusions of seemingly impossible feats, using natural means. It is to be distinguished from paranormal magic which are effects claimed to be created through supernatural means. It is one of the oldest performing arts in the world. Simon Lovell
Simon Lovell (born 1957) is an English comedy magician, actor, and card sharp, who specialises in magic using playing cards. Career Lovell was a regular performer in ''Monday Night Magic'', an off-Broadway show featuring magicians and related performers. He also appeared in the one-man off-Broadway show ''Strange and Unusual Hobbies'', which combined humor with card and magic tricks, and ran for eight years at the SoHo Playhouse. He was a consultant con man for Matt Bomer in the show '' White Collar''. In 1987, Lovell appeared performing a magic trick in series one of ''ChuckleVision''. Other TV appearances include VH1 reality show ''Celebracadabra'', on which he and other magicians trained celebrities to perform magic tricks. David Roth (March 13, 1952 – January 13, 2021) was an American Magician (illusion), magician widely regarded as one of the world's greatest Coin Magic, coin magicians. Roth was an important contributor to Richard Kaufman's ''Coinmagic'', an influential text on contemporary coin technique; his major work was chronicled in ''David Roth's Expert Coin Magic'', a book written by Richard Kaufman.
