Matin Balesini, known as Matin Balsini ( fa, متین بالسینی; born 19 February 2001 in Tehran), is an Iranian swimmer. He competed in the 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics. Matin is currently training with the Guildford City Swimming Club, under coach Lee Spindlow. Tehran (; fa, تهران ) is the largest city in Tehran Province and the capital of Iran. Swimming is an individual or team racing sport that requires the use of one's entire body to move through water. The sport takes place in pools or open water (e.g., in a sea or lake).
