in Paris, France. 37 athletes from 11 countries of origin represented the Refugee Olympic Team at the 2024 Summer Olympics in 12 sports, with 14 of the 37 athletes being Iranian. Yahya Al Ghotany and Cindy Ngamba were the delegation's flagbearers during the opening ceremony.
