Masaki Inayoshi
(born 1969) is the owner and founder of G.Communication, a Japanese kabushiki kaisha based in Nagoya, Japan. The company is an operator of restaurant chains, ''juku'' (cram schools), and ''eikaiwa'' (language schools). Early life Born in Gamagori, Aichi Prefecture, Inayoshi started working as a local city official. In 1994 Inayoshi first opened a private cram school called "Ganbaru Gakuen"., which later became G.Communication, and quit the city office in 1995 to focus on his business. G.Communication In November 2007, G.Communication took over Nova after it filed for bankruptcy in November 2007. Following the April 2010 bankruptcy of GEOS, G.Communication took over 230 schools owned by the company. Another round of closures on October 30, 2010, affected all GEOS schools on Kyushu and most on Shikoku. Ito-Yokado
is a Japanese general merchandise and department store, originally founded in 1920. In 2005, it was reorganized, as part of a corporate restructuring, as a subsidiary of the Seven & I Holdings Co. As of March 2013, there are 178 Ito-Yokado stores operating in Japan. Since entering the Chinese market in 1997, opening their first store in the Chunxilu shopping district of Chengdu, the company has been operating eight stores in Beijing and six in Chengdu. The company formed a joint venture with Wangfujing Department Store and China Huafu Trade & Development Group Corp. to open one of five stores in Beijing. As of January 2013, there are fourteen Ito-Yokado stores in China. Shikoku

Kyushu

Nova (formerly Nova Group) is a large eikaiwa school (private English teaching company) in Japan. It was by far the largest company of this type until its widely publicized collapse in October 2007. Before its bankruptcy, Nova employed approximately 15,000 people across a group of companies that supported the operations of and extended out from the "Intercultural Network" of its language schools. The scope of its business operations reached its peak in February 2007 following a rapid expansion of its chain to 924 Nova branches plus a Multimedia Center located in Osaka. , also romanized as ''gambaru'', is a ubiquitous Japanese word which roughly means to slog on tenaciously through tough times. The word ''ganbaru'' is often translated to mean "doing one's best", but in practice, it means doing more than one's best. The word emphasizes "working with perseverance" or "toughing it out". ''Ganbaru'' means "to commit oneself fully to a task and to bring that task to an end". It can be translated to mean persistence, tenacity, doggedness, and hard work.
