Mark Haastrup
Mark Flindt Haastrup (born 16 April 1984) is a Danish professional golfer. Haastrup was born in Højby. He attended Georgia State University for two years before turning professional in 2007. He claimed his maiden professional victory on the second tier Challenge Tour the following year, and finished a consistent 2009 season by gaining his card for the top level European Tour at qualifying school. In his first full season on the European Tour he finished at 117 on the Race to Dubai list, and got a medical exemption card for 2011 because of a broken wrist. The following years he struggled to get back on the European Tour. In 2016 he won four tournaments on the Nordic Golf League and finished first on the Order of Merit, which gave him a full card back on the Challenge Tour. The Swedish Golf Tour Final, currently titled as The No. 1 Tour Final in Golf, is a golf tournament played as the season-ending championship of the Swedish Golf Tour. The Tour Final was introduced in the 2005 season, succeeding the Telia Grand Prix, a Challenge Tour event that had served as the season ending event for most years since 1996. 2005 European Amateur Team Championship
The 2005 European Amateur Team Championship took place 28 June – 2 July at Hillside Golf Club in Southport, England. It was the 24th men's golf European Amateur Team Championship. Venue The club was founded in 1911. The course, located in Southport, 20 kilometres north of the city center of Liverpool, England, is a links course, with all the holes being between and on mainly large dunes and local indigenous pinewoods, typical of the area. It is physically close to both the Royal Birkdale Golf Club, near its south-western boundaries, and to the Southport and Ainsdale Golf Club. The 2005 European Amateur Team Championship took place 1–5 July at Royal The Hague Golf & Country Club in Wassenaar, Netherlands. It was the 23rd men's golf European Amateur Team Championship. The championship was played in odd-numbered years from 1959 to 2007 and has been played annually since 2008 (with the exception of 2012). The European Boys' Team Championship (Jean-Louis Dupont Trophy) is a European amateur team golf championship for men up to 18 organized by the European Golf Association. The inaugural event was held in 1980 and it has been played annually since. Since the European Youths' Team Championship, for men under 22, was discontinued in 2006, due to the trend of players reaching elite level at an earlier age, the European Boys' Team Championship has been regarded as the most important junior team event in Europe outside the British Isles.
