Mark Felton (born 1974) is a British historian of the Second World War and author of more than twenty books. His most recently published work is 2019's ''Operation Swallow: American Soldiers' Remarkable Escape From Berga Concentration Camp'', which details the illegal mistreatment of U.S. prisoners of war under Nazi captivity and their struggles. He has additionally created a variety of informational online videos available on YouTube covering different historical subjects of the 20th century (including material outside of the First World War and second world conflict context, such as releases about the Cold War). Colchester ( ) is a city in Essex, in the East of England. It had a population of 122,000 in 2011. The demonym is Colcestrian. Andrew James Hamilton Lownie (born November 1961) is a British biographer and literary agent. Biography He was educated at Westminster School and Magdalene College, Cambridge, and was President of the Cambridge Union in Easter term 1984. He has a master's degree and doctorate from the University of Edinburgh, and is a Fellow of the Royal Historical Society. His dissertation at Edinburgh was titled: ''Stalin's Englishman: The Lives of Guy Burgess''. Lownie founded his eponymous literary agency in 1988. A remembrance poppy is an artificial flower worn in some countries to commemorate their military personnel who died in war.
