Marisol (Mexican TV Series)
''Marisol'' () is a Mexican telenovela produced by Juan Osorio for Televisa in 1996. Telenovela is a remake of the 1977 Mexican telenovela ''Marcha nupcial''. Famous and beloved Enrique Álvarez Félix died after he finished his work in ''Marisol''. Erika Buenfil and Eduardo Santamarina starred as protagonists, while Claudia Islas, Enrique Álvarez Félix, Aarón Hernán, Irma Lozano, Germán Robles, Laura Flores, Emma Laura, Renée Varsi, Sergio Basañez and Pilar Montenegro starred as antagonists. Telenovela
A telenovela is a type of a television serial drama or soap opera produced primarily in Latin America. The word combines ''tele'' (for "television") and ''novela'' (meaning "novel"). Similar drama genres around the world include '' teleserye'' (Philippines), '' téléroman'' (Canada, specifically Quebec), and ''sinetron'' (Indonesia). Commonly described using the American colloquialism Spanish soap opera, many telenovelas share some stylistic and thematic similarities to the soap opera familiar to the English-speaking world. San Miguel de Allende () is the principal city in the municipality of San Miguel de Allende, located in the far eastern part of Guanajuato, Mexico. Germán Horacio Robles San Agustín (March 20, 1929 – November 21, 2015) was a Spanish actor who came to Mexico when he was 17, after Spain's civil war. In Mexican cinema, he is best known for his amazing characterization of vampires in many cult movies, especially in ''El Vampiro''.
