Mangarin Bay
Mangarin Bay is a bay of the South China Sea, on the west coast of Mindoro island, in Occidental Mindoro Province of the Philippines. The bay is shoal, and sheltered from the wind by Mangarin Point to the east and by Ilin Island. Magarin Point terminates in a long sandy pit off which the depth is 4 to 5 fathoms A fathom is a unit of length in the imperial and the U.S. customary systems equal to , used especially for measuring the depth of water. Magsaysay, officially the Municipality of Magsaysay ( tgl, Bayan ng Magsaysay), is a 3rd class municipality in the province of Occidental Mindoro, Philippines. Ilin Island
Ilin Island is a small island in the Philippines. Measuring , it is just south of Mindoro, separated by the Ilin Strait and Mangarin Bay. To the west is the smaller Ambulong Island, across the Ambulong Strait.
