Majella Wiemers
Majella Wiemers is an Australian television news, current affairs and weather presenter and producer. She was previously the executive producer of '' Breakfast'' on Network Ten until she quit the show on 6 July 2012. Career Queensland born-and bred, Wiemers graduated with a BA, majoring in journalism, from the University of Queensland in 1996. The following year she started in regional television and joined WIN Television as a presenter and reporter in Rockhampton and Cairns. In 1999, Wiemers was promoted to WIN's bureau chief of news. In 2000, she won the Far North Queensland Media Award for best documentary for Cyclone Steve — The Unwanted Visitor, which she produced, directed and presented. She was also a finalist for best news reporter in 2000 and 2001 and for best feature in 2001. Breakfast (Australian TV Program)
''Breakfast'' was an Australian breakfast television program which aired live on Network Ten on weekdays, as well as a weekly highlights program on Saturday at 11:00am. It had a format consisting of news, sport and weather updates every half-hour from 6:00am to 8:00am with a mixture of debate, current affairs and regular segments in between. The show originally ran from 6:00am–9:00am on weekdays preceding '' The Circle'' before being shortened to a two-and-a-half-hour show, as part of the '' Mornings on Ten'' lineup. ''Changing Rooms'' is a do-it-yourself home improvement show broadcast in the United Kingdom on the BBC between 1996 and 2004. The series was revived on Channel 4 in 2021.
