Breakfast (Australian TV Program)
''Breakfast'' was an Australian breakfast television program which aired live on Network Ten on weekdays, as well as a weekly highlights program on Saturday at 11:00am. It had a format consisting of news, sport and weather updates every half-hour from 6:00am to 8:00am with a mixture of debate, current affairs and regular segments in between. The show originally ran from 6:00am–9:00am on weekdays preceding '' The Circle'' before being shortened to a two-and-a-half-hour show, as part of the '' Mornings on Ten'' lineup. The presenting line-up consisted of Paul Henry and Kathryn Robinson, along with broadcast meteorologist Magdalena Roze who presented weather updates, while News & Sport updates were presented by various Network Ten journalists. Before being made redundant at Ten, Deborah Knight participated in Breakfast's audition. Breakfast television (Europe, Canada, and Australia) or morning show (United States) is a type of news or infotainment television programme that broadcasts live in the morning (typically scheduled between 5:00 and 10:00a.m., or if it is a local programme, as early as 4:00a.m.). ''Wurrawhy'' is an Australian pre-school themed TV show for young children. It premiered on Network Ten on 31 January 2011, and it later aired on Eleven and aired Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 10:00 am and originally aired from 8:30 am to 9:00 am, then from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm, then back to 8:30 am to 9:00 am, then with Breakfast's cancellation in November 2012, it aired from 7:00 am to 7:30 am and on 4 November 2013, the show moved to Eleven at 9.30am to 10am, to accommodate new morning shows such as ''Studio 10'', and its last episode was on 14 January 2016 after 5 years to make room for a new pre-school series called Crocamole. Julie Bishop
Julie Isabel Bishop (born 17 July 1956) is an Australian former politician who served as Minister for Foreign Affairs from 2013 to 2018 and deputy leader of the Liberal Party from 2007 to 2018. She was the Member of Parliament (MP) for Curtin from 1998 to 2019. She has been the chancellor of the Australian National University since January 2020. Lara Worthington (née Bingle) (born 22 June 1987) is an Australian model and media personality. Carrie Bickmore (born 3 December 1980) is an Australian talk show and current affairs Gold Logie award-winning television and radio presenter. Early life Bickmore was born in Adelaide, South Australia, in 1980, but moved to Perth, Western Australia, with her family at an early age. John Alexander (tennis)
John Gilbert Alexander (born 4 July 1951) is a former Australian politician and former professional tennis player. As a tennis player, Alexander reached a career-high singles rank of No. 8 in the world in 1975. He reached the semi-finals of the Australian Open singles on three occasions, and won the doubles in 1975 and 1982. He also played in the Australian team that won the 1977 Davis Cup. After the end of his playing career, Alexander worked as a tennis commentator and managed various sports-related businesses. Alexander won the Division of Bennelong for the Liberal Party at the 2010 election, and retained the seat in 2013 and 2016.
