Maik Langendorf
Maik Langendorf (born 11 March 1972) is a former German-based Austrian professional darts player. He won a PDC tour card on the second day of the 2017 PDC Darts Qualifying School. He has also represented Austria in the PDC World Cup of Darts in 2010 and 2013, both times with Mensur Suljović. 2010 PDC World Cup Of Darts
The 2010 Cash Converters World Cup of Darts was the first edition of the PDC World Cup of Darts which took place between 3–5 December 2010 at the Rainton Meadows Arena in Houghton-le-Spring, England. The tournament was won by Raymond van Barneveld and Co Stompé for the Netherlands, who defeated Mark Webster (darts player), Mark Webster and Barrie Bates of Wales in the final. Format The participating teams were the top 24 countries in the PDC Order of Merit at the end of October after the 2010 World Grand Prix Darts, 2010 World Grand Prix. Each nations top ranked player was then joined by the second highest player of that country. For seeding the average rank of both was used. The top 8 nations automatically started in the second round (last 16). The other 16 nations played in the first round. Damon Heta (born 10 August 1987) is an Australian professional darts player who plays in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events. He won the Brisbane Darts Masters in 2019 and also, in pair with Simon Whitlock, World Cup of Darts in 2022. His nickname is "The Heat", a play on letters within his surname. After World Cup win, his teammate Simon Whitlock regarded him as best player on the world. Career A roofer by trade, Heta has mainly played on the Dartplayers Australia (DPA) Tour. His first big exposure was qualifying for the 2014 Sydney Darts Masters, where he was whitewashed 6–0 in the first round by Dave Chisnall. Mensur Suljović (Serbian Cyrillic: Менсур Суљовић; born 5 March 1972) is an Austrian professional darts player. He plays in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events, having previously played in the British Darts Organisation (BDO). Nicknamed The Gentle, Suljović is noted for his unorthodox throwing action and favouring double 14 as his finishing double where possible. Suljović is the number one Austrian player in the PDC and reached his first major final in 2016 at the European Championship. He went one step further in winning his first major TV title at the 2017 Champions League of Darts, defeating two-times world champion Gary Anderson on two occasions.
