Mensur Suljović
Mensur Suljović (Serbian Cyrillic: Менсур Суљовић; born 5 March 1972) is an Austrian professional darts player. He plays in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events, having previously played in the British Darts Organisation (BDO). Nicknamed The Gentle, Suljović is noted for his unorthodox throwing action and favouring double 14 as his finishing double where possible. Suljović is the number one Austrian player in the PDC and reached his first major final in 2016 at the European Championship. He went one step further in winning his first major TV title at the 2017 Champions League of Darts, defeating two-times world champion Gary Anderson on two occasions. Personal life Suljović has been living in Vienna since 1993. He escaped from war-torn Serbia to live in Austria together with his older brothers. Tutin, Serbia
Tutin ( sr-cyrl, Тутин) is a town and municipality located in the Raška District of southwestern Serbia. According to a 2011 census, the municipality of Tutin has a population of 31,155 people. History The settlement of Gluhavica in the territory of Tutin is likely the oldest village attested by name in the municipality. It was an iron mining center of Stefan Milutin, King of Serbia in the early 14th century century. 2016 European Championship (darts)
The 2016 Unibet European Championship was the ninth edition of the Professional Darts Corporation tournament, the European Championship, which saw the top European players from the ten European tour events compete against each other. The tournament took place from 28–30 October 2016 at the Ethias Arena in Hasselt, Belgium. Barnsley
Barnsley () is a market town in South Yorkshire, England. As the main settlement of the Metropolitan Borough of Barnsley and the fourth largest settlement in South Yorkshire. The 2016 International Darts Open was the seventh of ten PDC European Tour events on the 2016 PDC Pro Tour. The tournament took place at SACHSENarena in Riesa, Germany, between 2–4 September 2016. The 2019 Jack's Casino World Series of Darts Finals was the fifth staging of the World Series of Darts Finals tournament, organised by the Professional Darts Corporation. 2017 Champions League Of Darts
The 2017 Champions League of Darts, also known as the Unibet Champions League of Darts for sponsorship purposes, was the 2nd annual staging of the tournament, organised by the Professional Darts Corporation. It took place from 16–17 September 2017 at the Motorpoint Arena Cardiff, Wales. Phil Taylor was the defending champion after winning the first edition of the tournament against Michael van Gerwen 11–5, but lost in the semi-finals to Gary Anderson. Mensur Suljović won his first major title, beating Anderson 11–9 in the final after already defeating him in the group stage. The 2018 Unibet Masters was the sixth staging of the non-ranking Masters darts tournament, held by the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC). It was held from 26–28 January 2018 at the Arena MK in Milton Keynes, England.
