''MTV Roadies X1 : Ride for Respect'' is the eleventh season of Indian reality show MTV Roadies. The show was hosted by Rannvijay Singh, who was also one of the judges, along with Raghu Ram, during personal interview rounds. Gurbani Judge, better known as VJ Bani and also Bani J, is an Indian fitness model, actress and a former MTV India presenter. Natarajasana
Natarajasana ( sa, नटराजासन, translit=Naṭarājāsana), Lord of the Dance Pose or Dancer Pose is a standing, balancing, back-bending asana in modern yoga as exercise. It is derived from a pose in the classical Indian dance form Bharatnatyam, which is depicted in temple statues in the Nataraja Temple, Chidambaram. Nataraja, the "Dancing King", is in turn an aspect of the Hindu God Shiva, depicted in bronze statues from the Chola dynasty. Gomukhasana ( sa, गौमुखासन; IAST: ''Gomukhāsana'') or Cow Face Pose is a seated asana in hatha yoga and modern yoga as exercise, sometimes used for meditation. Halasana (Sanskrit: हलासन; IAST: ''halāsana'') or Plough pose is an inverted asana in hatha yoga and modern yoga as exercise. Its variations include Karnapidasana with the knees by the ears, and Supta Konasana with the feet wide apart. Ranvijay Singh Singha is an Indian actor, television personality and VJ. Ranvijay is known for his appearance in MTV Roadies, where he won the show. He was a part of the show from 2004 to 2020, earlier as a gang leader and then as a host. He also appeared in judging panel for auditions from 8: Shortcut to Hell to 18: Roadies Revolution.
