Ludwig Weimer
Ludwig Weimer ((born February 3, 1940 in Eichenbühl ) is a German theologian and priest of the Catholic Integrated Community. Life and work Ludwig Weimer attended the Humanistic Gymnasium in Miltenberg / Bavaria. From 1960 to 1968 he studied philosophy, theology and German studies at the Universities of Würzburg and Munich and obtained the theological diploma. Further studies followed at the Institute for Catechetics and Homiletics in Munich. In 1971 he finished his theological dissertation on the subject of "Religion and Revelation by Ernst Bloch " with Heinrich Fries . From 1974 to 1979 he habilitated on the systematic topic of "Grace and Freedom" with Joseph Ratzinger at the University of Regensburg. Since 1968 Weimer is a theologian in the Integrated Community (Integrierte Gemeinde), Munich. Catholic Integrated Community
The Catholic Integrated Community (CIC) is an apostolic community within the Roman Catholic Church according to Decree Apostolicam actuositatem No. 18/19 of the Second Vatican Council. It is recognized by the church in several dioceses in Germany, Austria, Italy and Tanzania, and is canonically established by the respective local bishops. History The beginnings of the CIC reach back to the post-World War II period. Initiators were Traudl Wallbrecher (née Weiß; 18 May 1923 in Munich – 29 July 2016) and her husband, lawyer Herbert Wallbrecher. The group grew out of the Catholic youth movement. Miltenberg
Miltenberg () is a town in the ''Regierungsbezirk'' of Lower Franconia (''Unterfranken'') in Bavaria, Germany. It is the seat of the like-named district and has a population of over 9,000. Geography Location The old town lies on the Main’s left bank on the "left knee" of the ''Mainviereck'' ("Main Square") between the Spessart and Odenwald ranges. Achim Buckenmaier (born 1959 in Hechingen, Baden- Württemberg ) is a Roman Catholic priest and dogmatist. Life Achim Buckenmaier studied in Freiburg im Breisgau and Paris Catholic theology and received ordination in 1985.
