Lysandros Georgamlis
Lysandros Georgamlis ( gr, Λύσανδρος Γεωργαμλής; born 25 February 1962) is a Greek former international football player who played as a defender and a manager. Club career Georgamlis started his football career in 1974, from the youth team of AEK Athens and was a member of an exceptional generation of talented footballers who were promoted to the first team in 1979, together with Stelios Manolas and Vangelis Vlachos. He then became a professional and a key member of the team's squad. He played in the positions of right back, sweeper and defensive midfielder, he had blocking and organizing abilities in his game and a very strong shot. He had a very good presence with the "yellow-black" jersey and was very loved by the people of the team. He played a great match in the Cup final against PAOK in 1983, winning the trophy by 2–0. Miltos Papapostolou
Miltiadis "Miltos" Papapostolou ( el, Μιλτιάδης "Μίλτος" Παπαποστόλου, 9 September 1935 – 2 February 2017) was a Greek professional footballer and manager. Club career Papapostolou started his career at Omvros Omvriakis, where in 1951 he joined Egaleo. He played there for 5 seasons and joined AEK Athens in 1956 with a two-year ban, as it was applied at the time when a player was transferred, without the approval of his club. Papapostolou was a key player of the club in winning the championship in 1963, while he also won the Cup in the following season. He left AEK in the summer of 1965, where he retired as a footballer, at the age of 31. Managerial career Papapostolou started his coaching career in 1972 at the bench of Egaleo until 1975. Vangelis Vlachos
Vangelis Vlachos ( gr, Βαγγέλης Βλάχος; born 6 January 1962) is a Greek former international footballer who played as a midfielder. He is the manager of AE Mykonos Club career Vlachos started his career from the academies of AEK Athens. In 1979 he was promoted to the first team alongside Stelios Manolas and Lysandros Georgamlis. On 26 December 1979, at the age of 17 years and 242 days, he became the then youngest scorer of AEK in the league when he scored 2 goals in a match against Kavala. Stelios Manolas
Stelios Manolas ( el, Στέλιος Μανωλάς, born 13 July 1961) is a Greek former international football player who played as a centre back for AEK Athens and a manager. Arguably the best Greek defender of his era, being one of the few Greek footballers to have played his entire professional career for a single club. In 2021, IFFHS chose him in the best XI of all time of Greek football.
