Lord John Joicey-Cecil
Lord John Pakenham Joicey-Cecil (3 March 1867 – 25 June 1942) was a British Conservative Party (UK), Conservative politician. Joicey-Cecil was the fourth son of William Cecil, 3rd Marquess of Exeter, and his wife Lady Georgina Sophia, daughter of Thomas Pakenham, 2nd Earl of Longford. Brownlow Cecil, 4th Marquess of Exeter and Lord William Cecil (courtier), Lord William Cecil were his elder brothers. He was commissioned an officer in the Grenadier Guards. After resigning from the regular army, he was appointed Major (British Army and Royal Marines), major in the 4th (Militia (United Kingdom), Militia) Battalion, the Lincolnshire Regiment on 17 November 1897. After his elder brother Lord William resigned from his command of the battalion, Lord John was on 25 October 1902 appointed in command and promoted Lieutenant colonel (British Army and Royal Marines), lieutenant-colonel. Lieutenant-Colonel Claud Heathcote-Drummond-Willoughby (15 October 1872 – 24 February 1950) was a British Conservative Party politician. Career Heathcote-Drummond-Willoughby was the second son of Gilbert Heathcote-Drummond-Willoughby, 1st Earl of Ancaster, and his wife Lady Evelyn Elizabeth, daughter of Charles Gordon, 10th Marquess of Huntly. Gilbert Heathcote-Drummond-Willoughby, 2nd Earl of Ancaster, was his elder brother. He was commissioned into the Coldstream Guards as a second lieutenant on 5 December 1891, was promoted to a lieutenant on 27 January 1897, and to captain on 20 March 1900. He served in South Africa through the Second Boer War 1899–1902; where he was slightly wounded at the Belmont (November 1899). Sir William Younger, 1st Baronet (28 June 1862 – 28 July 1937) was a Scottish politician who served as a member of parliament (MP) for a total of 11 years between 1895 and 1910. Family Younger was the son of William Younger, of Auchen Castle, Moffat, and his wife Margaret (''née'' Brown), from Sydney, Australia. He was educated at Worcester College, Oxford. Marquess of Exeter is a title that has been created twice, once in the Peerage of England and once in the Peerage of the United Kingdom.
