Animation
Animation is a method by which image, still figures are manipulated to appear as Motion picture, moving images. In traditional animation, images are drawn or painted by hand on transparent cel, celluloid sheets to be photographed and exhibited on film. Today, most animations are made with computer-generated imagery (CGI). Anima Mundi (event)
Anima Mundi is a competitive Brazilian video and film festival devoted exclusively to animation, held every July in the cities of Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, Brazil. History The first edition of Anima Mundi happened in 1993, in Rio de Janeiro. The festival was created by a group of animators and filmmakers who wanted to raise awareness about animated productions and films in Brazil. The sessions The festival sessions consists of five different types: * Shorts films (1 hour sessions of films that are running in the competitive session. The portfolio (films made for hire) are shown in these sessions also). * Feature films. * Children's short films (films made for children). * Animation in course. * Panorama (short films that are not in the competition). * Future animator (films made by children). Animahenasyon
Animahenasyon is an annual animation festival and competition held in the Philippines. Organized by the Animation Council of the Philippines, Inc. (ACPI), the festival features the animated works of veteran and novice Filipino animators. Apart from the competition, the festival holds classes, seminars, workshops, and exhibits related to the animation profession. It has the aim of harvesting the talent and creativity of Filipino cartoonists and animators. It is considered as an annual celebration of the animation industry in the Philippines. Etymology The name "Animahenasyon" is the product after combining the Filipino-language words for "animation" and "imagination", namely ''animasyon'' and ''imahenasyon'' (also spelled as ''imahinasyon'') respectively. Shaki, Azerbaijan
Shaki ( az, Şəki) is a city in northwestern Azerbaijan, surrounded by the district of the same name. It is located on the southern part of the Greater Caucasus mountain range, from Baku. As of 2020, it has a population of 68,400.
