Bahar Begum
Bahar Begum (born Kishwar Begum; ) is an actress best known for many Pakistani movies since 1956. She was first introduced to the Pakistani film industry by the renowned film director Anwar Kamal Pasha in film Chann Mahi (1956). Anwar Kamal Pasha is the one that gave her the professional film world name Bahar Begum. She later acted both in Punjabi, Pashto and Urdu language Pakistani films and had a very active career from 1956 through the 1980s. She has more than 600 films to her credit. Nayyar Sultana
Nayyar Sultana (born Tayyaba Bano; 1937 – 27 October 1992), sometimes referred to in Pakistan as ''Malka-i-Jazbaat'' (Queen of Sentiments), was a Pakistani film actress. She became one of the foremost screen actresses of Lollywood in the 1950s and 1960s. Career She started her movie career with Anwar Kamal Pasha's film ''Qatil'' in 1955 as a supporting actress. Her parents were related to actress Shamim Bano, wife of famous Pakistani film producer/director Anwar Kamal Pasha. Syed Ishrat Abbas
Syed Ishrat Abbas ( ur, ), (1928 – 8 November 1980) better known by his stage name Darpan ( ur, ), was one of the original romantic heroes of the "golden age" of Pakistan's film industry (also commonly known as Lollywood). Background Syed Ishrat Abbas was born into a middle-class Shia Muslim family originally from the United Provinces of India, where he was born in 1928. His older brother, Santosh Kumar, was also a film actor. Another brother, S. Sulaiman, is a film director. ''Gulfam'' is a Pakistani costume film directed by S. Suleman in his directorial debut. It was produced by Darpan under his production banner Darpan Productions, who also played the leading role alongside Musarrat Nazir. The supporting actors include Nazar, S. Suleman and Talish. The music was composed by Rashid Attre with lyrics by Habib Jalib and Tanvir Naqvi. The film received a Nigar Award for best editing. Ratan Kumar (19 March 1941 – 12 December 2016) was the screen name of the Indian born child artist who later migrated to Pakistan. He acted in Indian & Pakistani movies. ''Ghalib'' is a 1961 Pakistani black and white biographical drama film based on the life of famous Urdu poet, Mirza Asadullah Khan Ghalib. The film was directed and produced by Atta Ullah Hashmi, and the story was written by Shatir Ghaznavi with dialogue by Agha Shorish Kashmiri.
