List Of Black Jack Manga
The following is a list of chapters for the Japanese manga series ''Black Jack''. It was created by Osamu Tezuka and published in Akita Shoten's ''Weekly Shōnen Champion'' from November 19, 1973, to October 14, 1983. Some of the manga chapters were published in English by Viz Media throughout Volume 3 Issue 9 to Volume 4 Issue 8 of their manga anthology magazine, Manga Vizion. It was later released as two graphic novels. Vertical, Inc. has acquired the license and will release the Black Jack episodes in the order that Tezuka indicated for the hardcover Akita "Deluxe Edition". Manga (Japanese: 漫画 ) are comics or graphic novels originating from Japan. Black Jack (manga)
is an episodic Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Osamu Tezuka in the 1970s, dealing with the medical adventures of the title character, doctor Black Jack. ''Black Jack'' consists of hundreds of short, self-contained stories that are typically about 20 pages long. Black Jack has also been animated into an OVA, two television series (directed by Satoshi Kuwahara and Tezuka's son Makoto Tezuka) and two films. ''Black Jack'' is Tezuka's second most famous manga, after ''Astro Boy''. In 1977, it won the 1st Kodansha Manga Award for shōnen. is a Japanese ''shōnen'' manga magazine published by Akita Shoten. History ''Shōnen Champion'' was first published on July 15, 1969. It has had numerous popular series by manga artists such as Osamu Tezuka, Go Nagai, Shinji Mizushima, Masami Kurumada, Keisuke Itagaki. The magazine is published every Thursday.
