Liebherr is a German-Swiss multinational equipment manufacturer based in Bulle, Switzerland, with its main production facilities and origins in Germany. Liebherr consists of over 130 companies organized into 11 divisions: earthmoving, mining, mobile cranes, tower cranes, concrete technology, maritime cranes, aerospace and transportation systems, machine tools and automation systems, domestic appliances, and components. It has a worldwide workforce over 42,000, with nine billion euros in revenue for 2017. By 2007, it was the world's largest crane company. Liebherr-Aerospace is the aerospace equipment manufacturing division of Liebherr. The company is an original equipment manufacturer (OEM); its low visibility in the minds of end consumers can be attributed to the OEM nature of all its operations. The Liebherr T 282 series are off-highway, ultra class, rigid frame, two axle, diesel-electric, AC powertrain haul trucks designed and manufactured in the United States by Liebherr Mining Equipment Co. The Liebherr T 282 series is no longer in production, however, due to the extended service life of this equipment, many are still in operation on mines around the world. Isolde Mathilde Liebherr (born 10 July 1949, Memmingen, Germany) is a German-Swiss billionaire entrepreneur and vice chairman of Liebherr Group. Life and education Born in Memmingen, Isolde Liebherr grew up in the Upper Swabian village of Kirchdorf and Biberach as the fourth of five children of company founder Hans Liebherr. Willi Liebherr (born in 1947) is a German-Swiss entrepreneur chairman of the board of Liebherr Group. Life and education Willi Liebherr grew up in Upper Swabia's, Kirchdorf an der Iller and in Biberach. He graduated as an engineer from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich and lives in Nussbaumen, Switzerland. Career In 1971, he joined the family business, Liebherr Group. Excavators are heavy construction equipment consisting of a boom, dipper (or stick), bucket and cab on a rotating platform known as the "house". Bulle
Bulle (; frp, Bulo ) is a municipality in the district of Gruyère in the canton of Fribourg in Switzerland. In January 2006 Bulle incorporated the formerly independent municipality of La Tour-de-Trême. History Ancient times Bulle is first mentioned in the 9th century as ''Butulum''. In 1200 it was mentioned as ''Bollo''. The municipality was formerly known by its German name ''Boll''; however, that name is no longer used. Fenit
Fenit () is a small village in County Kerry, Ireland, located on north side of Tralee Bay about west of Tralee town, just south of the Shannon Estuary. The bay is enclosed from the Atlantic by the Maharee spit which extends northwards from the Dingle peninsula. Fenit harbour is a mixed function sea port, where fishing, freight import and export, and a 136 berth marina are the main forms of business. As of the 2016 CSO census of Ireland, Fenit had a population of 538 people.
