Lene Tiemroth
Lene Tiemroth (16 July 1943 – 3 November 2016) was a Danish actress. Background and career Tiemroth was born in Copenhagen, Denmark, the daughter of actors Edvin Tiemroth and Clara Østø. She graduated from the Royal Danish Theatre's Student School in 1966. She then briefly affiliated with the Det Ny Teater before she traveled to the United States to try her luck, though this primarily came to consist of various recordings of drama schools. At a young age, she was a child actor along with . She has performed in many venues, including , , and Husets Teater. Among the many plays she has appeared include ''Hedda Gabler'', ''Electra'', ''Cabaret'', ''Macbeth'', ''Uncle Vanya'', ''Threepenny Opera'', ''Faderen'' and ''Glasmenageriet''. "The Travel Team"}; international title: ''Unit One'') is a Danish television crime drama series, broadcast on DR1, that ran for four series from 1 October 2000 to 1 January 2004. The lead performance and natural acting by Asta Nielsen led to her international stardom. Because of the overt eroticism of Nielsen's performance, the film was censored in Norway and Sweden. Plot Knud, a vicar's son, meets Magda, a piano teacher, on a tram. He falls in love with her and introduces her to his parents. She refuses to go with them to the Sunday service and convinces him to go to the Circus with her. She dances with the performers and at night, one of them, Rudolf comes to seduce her. They run away on horseback.
