Leiyang
Leiyang () is a county-level city and the third most populous county-level division in Hunan Province, China. Leiyang is under the administration of the prefecture-level city of Hengyang. Located on the south of the province, the city is bordered to the north by Hengnan County, to the west by Changning City, to the south by Guiyang and Yongxing counties, to the east by Anren County. Leiyang City covers with registered population of 1,413,913 and resident population of 1,150,241 (as of the 2010 census). Caizichi Subdistrict () is a Subdistricts of China, subdistrict and the seat of Leiyang, Leiyang City in the Provinces of China, province of Hunan, China. Cai Lun (; courtesy name: Jingzhong (); – 121 CE), formerly romanized as Ts'ai Lun, was a Chinese eunuch court official of the Eastern Han dynasty. He is traditionally regarded as the inventor of paper and the modern papermaking process. The Lei River () is a right-bank tributary of the middle Xiang River in Hunan, China. It is also the longest tributary and has the second largest drainage system of the Xiang tributaries after the Xiao River.
