Left To Vanish
Left to Vanish is an American metalcore band formed in 2001 from Philadelphia, PA. With a number of member changes at their initial start, ''Sean Salm'' (age 15 in 2001) is considered to be the main contributor behind LTV's work. They released two albums in a 7-year span. Buried Alive in A Grave of Your Own Mistakes in 2005 on ''End All Music'' and Versus the Throne in July 2008 on ''Lifeforce Records''. The band disbursed in 2009 right after setting plans to enter the studio to record their 3rd full length album, due to conflicts between members. LTV remained inactive until December 2016 w/ their first single in 7 years "The Recurrence Pattern" featuring Will Walker on vocals. They released their third album ''Dethroned'' which featured new frontman Bob Meadows (former member of A Life Once Lost) December 2017. Saints & Sinners Festival is a two-day hardcore and heavy metal music festival held yearly in New Jersey. It started in 2006 at the Asbury Park Convention Hall on October 28 and October 29. The first day had emo/screamo/post hardcore bands and Atreyu headlined. The second day had metal/hardcore bands and Killswitch Engage headlined. The festival came back in 2007 and was held on November 3 and 4. Against Me! headlined on the 3rd and Glassjaw headlined on the 4th. Metalcore (also known as metallic hardcore) is a fusion music genre that combines elements of extreme metal and hardcore punk. As with other styles blending metal and hardcore, such as crust punk and grindcore, metalcore is noted for its use of breakdowns, slow, intense passages conducive to moshing. Other defining instrumental qualities include heavy riffs and stop-start rhythm guitar playing, occasional blast beats, and double bass drumming. The New England Metal and Hardcore Festival was an annual festival held in Worcester, Massachusetts, United States. It was a weekend-long concert of heavy metal and hardcore punk bands along with a merchandising and promotional area for record labels and other vendors. Dead to Fall is an American metalcore band from Gurnee, Illinois. Formed in 1999, it drew influences from Gothenburg metal, death metal, and other genres. Their first two albums reached combined sales of 60,000 copies in the US alone. Dead to Fall broke up on April 6, 2008 due to financial and personal problems. Skinless is an American death metal band from Glens Falls, New York. The band formed in 1992 and disbanded in 2011, but reformed in 2013. History Skinless was formed by Ryan Wade and Noah Carpenter in the town of South Glens Falls, New York. After relocating to various New York towns and cities such as Saratoga Springs, Clifton Park, and Cohoes, the band settled in Troy, New York. Skinless is known for its consistently intense performances, as well as for its lyrical mix of end-of-the-world cynicism and comedy, which at times satirizes well known death metal lyrics from bands such as Carcass and Cannibal Corpse, and death metal in general. Napalm Death are an English grindcore band formed in 1981 in Meriden, West Midlands. None of the band's original members has been in the group since 1986. From First to Last is an American post-hardcore band based in the Los Angeles Area and Tampa, Florida. Formed by Matt Good, Scott Oord, and Parker Nelms in November 1999, the current line-up consists of Matt Good (lead guitar, vocals), Sonny Moore (lead vocals), Travis Richter (rhythm guitar, unclean vocals), and Derek Bloom (drums).
