Leandro Heriberto Caballero Fernandez, also known as Leandro H. Fernandez, (March 13, 1889 – 1948) was a Filipino people, Filipino historian who will serve as forerunner for later historians in the ranks of Teodoro Agoncillo and Gregorio F. Zaide. He is well known for being the first Filipino chairperson of the University of the Philippines Department of History. Notable among his works is ''A Brief History of the Philippines'', a textbook for Grade 7 students during the History of the Philippines (1898–1946), American period. Early life Fernandez was born on March 13, 1889, at Pagsanjan, Laguna. He studied first at Pagsawitan Elementary School, then at Laguna Provincial High School. Leandro Sebastián Fernández (born 30 January 1983) is an Argentine former professional footballer who played as a defender and was part of the gold medal Argentine team at the 2004 Summer Olympics. At the Olympics he was not initially part of the squad but was called up for the gold medal game to cover for the injured Nicolás Burdisso. He also got 4th place in 2003 FIFA World Youth Championship, and was part of the Argentina squad that were runners up in the 2004 Copa América. Fernández started his professional career at the age of 15 when he joined Newell's Old Boys. In 2005, he transferred to the River Plate. Leandro Miguel Fernández (born 12 March 1991) is an Argentine footballer who plays as a forward for Club Universidad de Chile. Career Born in Santa Fe, Fernández began his career at Defensa y Justicia. He made his debut on 23 May 2009, as a 74th-minute substitute for Omar Zalazar in a 2–1 loss at Tiro Federal, and made two further substitute appearances that season in Primera B Nacional. He went on to score three goals apiece in each of the three subsequent campaigns, including a brace on 8 May 2010 in a 4–0 win at Gimnasia Jujuy. Leandro David Fernández (born 23 January 1995) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a forward for Racing de Córdoba. Career Fernández started his career with Sportivo Belgrano de Almafuerte and Atlético Ascasubi, before heading to Belgrano of the Primera División; making his senior debut on 18 September 2016 in a match with Olimpo. He made one more appearance, versus Unión Santa Fe, before joining Primera B Nacional side Crucero del Norte on loan.
