Laura Glitz
Laura Glitz (born May 17, 1967) is an American former professional tennis player. Biography Growing up in York, Pennsylvania, Glitz was the PIAA state singles champion in 1984, while a student at York Suburban High School. Glitz played college tennis for Arizona State University at No. 1 singles and doubles. A doubles All-American in 1987, she served as team captain in her junior and senior years, before graduating in 1990. In the early 1990s she spent four years competing on the professional tour. Most of her WTA Tour main draw appearances were in doubles and included a runner-up finish at the 1991 Brasil Open. In 1992 she featured in the main draw of the women's doubles at all four grand slam tournaments. The ''Purdue Exponent'' is an independent student newspaper that serves Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. It is published on Mondays and Thursdays during university semesters by the Purdue Student Publishing Foundation, and is Indiana's largest collegiate daily newspaper. Mercedes María Paz (; born 27 June 1966) is a former professional tennis player from Argentina. She won three singles titles on the WTA Tour and reached a career-high ranking of world No. 28 in April 1991. Renata Marcinkowska (born 24 February 1965) is a Polish-American former professional tennis player. She competed during her professional tennis career as Renata Baranski. Biography Born in Szczecin, Marcinkowska left Poland in 1981 to compete in the United States. Once there she received a scholarship to the Oklahoma State University, where she was an All-American collegiate tennis player.
