Lasse Jensen (born 6 September 1984) is a Danish professional golfer who has played on the European Tour. Nordic Golf League In 2009, he won the Order of Merit for the Nordic Golf League. Challenge Tour He has two runner-up finishes on the Challenge Tour at the 2012 and 2014 Barclays Kenya Open. European Tour He qualified for the 2013 European Tour by finishing on the final number at European Tour Qualifying School. For the 2015 European Tour, Jensen finished in 144th place on the Order of Merit, but retained his playing card by way of European Tour Qualifying School. Jensen finished 2nd at the 2016 Nordea Masters. This finish qualified him for the 2016 Open Championship. Marius Thorp
Marius Thorp (born 28 June 1988) is a Norwegian professional golfer. Thorp had a successful amateur career, winning the European Amateur in 2005 and claiming the silver medal for lowest amateur in the 2006 Open Championship. He turned professional in 2007 and had immediate success, claiming four wins on mini-tours in Scandinavia. In 2010 Thorp joined the Challenge Tour and found further success at that level, with six top-10s in his debut season. He ended 2010 16th in the standings, which earned him a European Tour card for 2011. In September 2011 he announced that he was taking a break from golf, saying that his motivation and desire were no longer present. He hails from Bærum and represented the local golf club Bærum GK. Mikael Johan Lindberg (born 12 January 1993) is a Swedish professional golfer and European Tour player. He won the 2022 Indoor Golf Group Challenge. Professional career Lindberg turned professional in 2013 and joined the Nordic Golf League. He recorded his maiden professional victory at the 2016 Trummenäs Open. In 2019 he won the Tour Final in Estonia. His breakthrough season was 2020 when he won 4 tournaments and topped the Nordic Golf League Order of Merit, to graduate to the Challenge Tour. The Swedish Golf Tour Final, currently titled as The No. 1 Tour Final in Golf, is a golf tournament played as the season-ending championship of the Swedish Golf Tour. The Tour Final was introduced in the 2005 season, succeeding the Telia Grand Prix, a Challenge Tour event that had served as the season ending event for most years since 1996. The Swedish Golf Tour (women) had played the Telia Ladies Finale since 1997. 2020 Nordic Golf League
The 2020 Nordic Golf League is the 22nd season of the Nordic Golf League, a third-tier tour recognised by the European Tour. In-season changes The season started with four events in Spain, and was later suspended in March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. After the hiatus, the schedule was subject to change and several tournaments were postponed, cancelled or due to travel restrictions, became unofficial events for Order of Merit ranking purposed. The tour announced in July that only the top three players (rather than the traditional five) on the final Order of Merit would receive Challenge Tour status for the 2021 season. Patrik Sjöland (born 13 May 1971) is a Swedish professional golfer. Early life Sjöland was born in Borås. Professional career He turned professional in 1990 and after several season on the second tier Challenge Tour, graduated to the European Tour for the start of the 1996 season. His most successful year by far was 1998, when he finished 5th on the European Tour Order of Merit and featured in the top 50 of the Official World Golf Rankings. After a poor 2005 season, during which he slipped outside the top 100 on the Order of Merit and lost his European Tour card, he took a break from the tour, playing just two tournaments in 2006.
