Klangkarussell (German: Sound Carousel) is an Austrian electronic music duo formed in 2011. The two members of the group are Tobias Rieser and Adrian Held. Their biggest hit to date is "Sonnentanz", which reached the top 10 in six countries (Austria, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and Switzerland). Music career 2011: Formation and early career Before the duo formed, the name "Klangkarussell" referred exclusively to Rieser's solo work. At the same time, Adrian Held produced electronic music under the artist name ''i herald'', a partial anagram of his real name. In 2011, the two artists produced their first songs together under the name "Heldenklang" (German: "Hero Sound"). is the debut single by Austrian electronic music duo Klangkarussell. The song was written and produced by Tobias Rieser and Adrian Held. It was originally published through the duo's SoundCloud on 29 September 2011. It was officially released as a single on 23 July 2012 digitally with remixes through the label Stil Vor Talent. After the track became a viral hit and entered the charts by downloads only, it was released physically in German speaking countries on 14 September 2012 (CD) and 27 September 2012 (vinyl). The song has reached the top 10 in 6 countries (Austria, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland and the United Kingdom). The song initially charted at number 27 in Austria. After a month of charting, it has peaked at number 7. It has also charted in Belgium, France, Germany and Switzerland. Tom Havelock is a British singer-songwriter and lead singer of the band PREP. He is also sometimes known by his stage name Tom Cane. Music career Early beginnings Havelock was an academic and music scholar at Eton before becoming a student at the University of Oxford when he decide to join in a band with his three close childhood friends back in 1997 to play a few college gigs. Along with Henry Morton Jack, Marcus Efstratiou and Rupert Harrison, they initially performed under the name The Full Monty. Their sound was comparable to the likes of Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young – breezy West Coast harmonies and lightweight sunshine psychedelia. Tropical House
Tropical house, also known as trop house, is a subgenre of house music, and a derivation of tropical music, with elements of dancehall and Balearic house. Ultratop is an organization which generates and publishes the official record charts in Belgium. Ultratop is a non-profit organization, created on the initiative of the Belgian Entertainment Association (BEA), the Belgian member organization of the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry. The Dutch Single Top 100 or Single Top 100 is a Dutch chart, based on official physical single sales, legal downloads and since July 2013 streaming and composed by Dutch Charts.
