Karl Aage Præst, also spelled Carl Aage Præst, (26 February 1922 – 19 November 2011) was a Danish football player. Playing in the left winger position, Præst won two Serie A championships with Italian club Juventus FC. He played 24 games and scored 17 goals for the Danish national team from 1945 to 1949, and won a bronze medal at the 1948 Summer Olympics. He is a Danish Football Hall of Fame inductee. Stævnet
Stævnet ( da, the event or ''the meeting'') or Copenhagen XI were a Danish association football representative team which had its prime before 1970, however it was active until 1994. Stævnet participated in the Inter-Cities Fairs Cup, the precursor of UEFA Cup, in 1955–58, 1958–60, 1961–62, 1962–63 and 1963–64. The Copenhagen XI only competed in the above mentioned editions of the Inter-Cities Fairs Cups. All other tournaments involving a Copenhagen team were contested by individual clubs from Copenhagen. Usually Stævnet would feature players from its member clubs exclusively, but players were often borrowed from other Danish clubs. Flemming Nielsen
Flemming Gert Nielsen, known simply as Flemming Nielsen, (24 February 1934 – 16 November 2018) was a Danish football player in the midfielder position, who won a silver medal with the Denmark national football team at the 1960 Summer Olympics. He played professionally for Italian club Atalanta BC and Scottish club Morton. Born in Copenhagen, Nielsen played as an amateur for local clubs B 93 and AB. He made his debut for the amateur-only Danish national team in June 1954, and played five games and scored two goals at the 1960 Summer Olympics in Rome. He played his last national team game in October 1960, having played a total 26 games and scored four goals for Denmark, before turning professional. Liseleje
Liseleje is a former fishing village and popular tourist resort in Halsnæs Municipality, North Zealand, some 60 kilometres northwest of Copenhagen, Denmark. The original village is surrounded by extensive areas of summerhouses. It has merged with neighbouring Asserbo, forming an urban area with a combined population of 2,507 (1 January 2022). John Angelo Valdemar Østergaard Hansen, known simply as John Hansen, (24 June 1924 – 12 January 1990) was a Danish footballer who played as a forward. He played professionally for seven years in Italy: he scored 124 goals in 187 matches for Juventus F.C., and won two Serie A championships with the club, finishing as ''Capocannoniere'' top-goal scorer in the 1951–52 Serie A season; he later also played for Italian club S.S. Lazio. He won the 1944 Danish championship with childhood club BK Frem. Hansen scored 10 goals in eight games for the Denmark national football team in 1948, and won a bronze medal with Denmark at the 1948 Summer Olympics.
