Kristina Tkach
Kristina Olegovna Tkach (; born 19 January 1999) is a Russian professional Pool (cue sports), pool player. She became the 2017 WPA World Nine-ball Junior Championship winner, defeating Lee Woo-jin (pool player), Lee Woo-jin in the final 9–6. Tkach is a four time European Pool Championships, European champion having won the eight-ball event in 2016 and 2019, as well as Straight pool in 2017 and 2019. In addition, she is a nine-time Junior European Champion. Tkach is a regular player on the Euro Tour events, reaching the Tour number one in 2016. She is the second most successful player of all time on the tour behind Jasmin Ouschan, having won seven events beginning with the 2016 North Cyprus Open. The 2017 World Games ( pl, Igrzyska Światowe 2017), commonly known as Wrocław 2017 (german: Breslau 2017; sli, Brassel 2017), was the tenth World Games, a major international multi-sport event, meant for sports, or disciplines or events within a sport, that were not contested in the Olympic Games, held from 20 to 30 July 2017 in Wrocław, Poland. 2017 Portugal Open
The 2017 Dynamic Portugal Open, was the second Euro Tour 9-Ball pool event in 2017. The event was won by Netherlands' Nick van den Berg who defeated Spain's David Alcaide 9–5 in the final. In winning the event, van den Berg won his tenth Euro Tour event. The event was the last tournament in the European qualification for the 2017 World Games. David Alcaide and Joshua Filler qualified as first and second place of the one-year ranking of the Euro Tour, and competed at the Nine-ball at the 2017 World Games – men's singles, 9-Ball men's event. The Games were won by Carlo Biado, with Filler losing in the last 16, and Alcaide in the quarter-finals. Denis Grabe (born February 22, 1990, in Tallinn, Estonia), is an Estonian professional pool player. Grabe reached the quarter-final of the 2016 WPA World Nine-ball Championship, before losing to Cheng Yu-hsuan 11–3. The 2016 Kremlin Cup was a professional pool tournament in the discipline Ten-ball, held from 9–12 November 2016 in Olympic Stadium in Moscow, Russia. Ina Kaplan
Ina Kaplan ( Jentschura; born 14 May 1987) is a German professional pool player. She is an eleven-time German national champion and is the second female player (after Franziska Stark) to win three of four disciplines in one event at the championships. In 2010, Kaplan reached the final of the European Pool Championships in ten-ball, finishing as runner-up behind Jasmin Ouschan. In the Women's Euro Tour, Kaplan won events in 2013, 2014, and 2017 and finished three times as a runner-up.
