Michael Korie
Michael Korie (born April 1, 1955) is an American librettist and lyricist whose writing for musical theater and opera includes the musicals ''Grey Gardens'' and '' Far From Heaven'', and the operas ''Harvey Milk'' and ''The Grapes of Wrath''. His works have been produced on Broadway, Off-Broadway, and internationally. His lyrics have been nominated for the Tony Award and the Drama Desk Award, and won the Outer Critics Circle Award. In 2016, Korie was awarded the Marc Blitzstein Award from the American Academy of Arts and Letters. Biography Korie was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, the son of Benjamin and Janet Indick. Korian "Korie" Lucious (born November 5, 1989) is an American former professional basketball player. He played college basketball for the Iowa State University Cyclones men's basketball team. Upon transferring from the Michigan State University Spartans men's basketball team in 2011, he redshirted the 2011–12 season and began playing for the Cyclones in 2012–13. Korie Homan
Korie Homan (born 16 June 1986 in de Wijk) is a Dutch former wheelchair tennis player. Homan won the gold medal in women's doubles at the 2008 Paralympics. In 2009, she completed the doubles Grand Slam by winning the Australian, French, Wimbledon and US titles with Esther Vergeer. In addition Homan has also had individual success in Grand Slams when she won the 2010 Australian Open title. Homan is a two-time Masters doubles champion and a former world number one. Early life Homan was born to Jan and Gina Willem. She is the youngest of three girls, with Geke and Wienke her older sisters. Korie Hlede (born Koraljka Hlede on 29 March 1975) is a Croatian sports administrator. She is a co-founder and leader of basketball development aFlow Basketball Academy(FBA) in Chicago, Illinois. She played and coached professionally before starting her own training program KH Flow. In 2012, she teamed up with Margaret Stender (CEO of the Chicago Sky) to create Flow Basketball Academy. College years Hlede was a communications and psychology double major at Duquesne University, where she led the Atlantic 10 conference (A10) in scoring during all of her four years (1994–1998). Korrie Layun Rampan (17 August 1953 – 19 November 2015) was an Indonesian novelist, short story writer, poet, literary critic, journalist, and politician. Born in Samarinda, East Kalimantan, he became interested in literature while in elementary school, writing numerous short stories and poems. While in university in Yogyakarta, he joined the Persada Studi Klub and began publishing his works in numerous national and regional newspapers. In 1976 his debut novel, ''Upacara'', received second place in the Jakarta Arts Council Novel Competition.
